What about the comming real soon now, cable company VOIP package? I understand that if you are a cable TV and internet customer it will be about 20 NIS for 2000 minutes a month. Would they get upset if you kept it below the 2000 minutes a month?

BTW, AFIK Bellster IS selling your air time, your trading it for airtime
somewhere else which in Israel would be seen as selling it.

Hmmm....I've offered my line but haven't used bellster to make any calls. Is that still reselling? What about if someone comes in off the street and says they've been in an accident. Are you not allowed to let them use your phone?
