Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Call forward when busy, call forward on no answer, call forward when user press a phone button, call forward after user enters a code (eg, *72), etc. Some sip phones have a call forward button, in which case the phone implements the forwarding function. If the phone doesn't have a call forwarding function, then you can emulate the same thing in extensions.conf.
