exten => s,1,Answer exten => s,2,Dial(IAX2/2001,20,tr) exten => s,3,Voicemail(u2001) exten => s,4,Voicemail(b2001)
or
exten => s,1,Dial(IAX2/2001,20) exten => s,2,Voicemail(u2001) exten => s,102,Voicemail(b2001)
Advantages are no fake ringing, phone does transfers not Asterisk pound transfer, no answer so caller doesn't pay toll charges, busy voicemail works. Disadvantage: Asterisk can't tell if they hang up before going to voicemail.
