You should give more details, all there can be seen from your log is that the call is dropped due to EndedByTransportFail, which can have various reasons. Apparently, this is a LAN call with no NAT involved, right? But what client (software) is involved in the call, how does your oh323 setup look like? What are your asterisk, chan_oh323, openh323 versions?
