This is exactly what I did and I suspect why you are not getting
caller ID either. If you put in a NoOp,${CALLERID} I think you'll find
the Sipura is passing the letter A followed by the username it using
in in sip.conf as the caller id number rather than A followed by the
number of the caller. It seems the Sipura is unable to extract caller
ID from AU phone lines.....
