If I recall correctly, the issue has something to do with some sort of error condition in * and is not generally associated with restarting asterisk. Might want to research that further as if that is happening to you, then I'd suggest there is something not configured correctly. > I put a killall -9 mpg123 into my /etc/init.d/asterisk script...
