Is there some trick for matching the "letter" tones?  I added this
extension:
exten => D,1,Goto(bye,s,1)

But it doesn't trigger, even though I see this debugging output when I hang
up:
<< [ TYPE: DTMF (1) SUBCLASS: D (68) ] [Zap/1-1]
