You didn't say what your fxs/fxo requirements are but: A T1 card ($500) and a used channel bank ($300) might be a good alternative.
Basically my fxs/fxo requirements are the same as my existing TDM-400P ( 2 in 2 out). Just trying to find something that works more reliably than this card has turned out to be.....
