Try:

Options should be combined.
and
exten => 21,1,Dial(${phone1},20,rwL(300000:240000:60000))
This limits the call to five minutes, warning every 60 seconds when four
minutes are remaining. Keep in mind that time is specified in milliseconds.
(FYI: There are 60,000 milliseconds in a minute.)
