I've been playing with a variety of them over the past month.
The 'candidates' I've got down to are X-Lite, Firefly and SJphone. They all have strengths and weaknesses, and all behave differently behind my firewall (STUN client differences?). So far, I am happiest with the performance of X-Lite.
It also has the most detailed configuration options.
