Thats a typical situation for me on a Cisco 7940 - I'm sure its the same as any phone. When a second call comes in I can put the first on hold (and they hear MOH) and if I want I can blind-transfer both parties into a meetme room and then go join them there if I want. I'm not sure how the other phone brands handle multiple incoming calls but they must do.

Hi,
Question...
Is there a way to receive two phone calls on the same phone, or, for example to receive a phone call, put the call in stand-by and then make another call and finally, why not put them all together in conference...
Thanks
