You can pass an argument to sendmail to accomplish this.
mailcmd=/usr/sbin/sendmail -t [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]
note there is no space between -f and [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I'm not sure if this really matters or not).
The sendmail arg will make sure bounces go to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and serveremail will make sure your From address is displayed nicely to the recipient.
