Not sure what the default value is, but seems to me it was something like 100 (for = yes). If I recall correctly from the days when this was implemented, it represents a delay in milliseconds from the time a zap channel is seized until the echotraining sequence is initiated.
For my system with a TDM04b, =800 does a good job.
