That's not going to work... all of South Carolina (1-803, 1-843, 1-864), parts of Virginia (1-804), Utah (1-801), California (1-818), Pennsylvania (1-814), etc, would be toll-free. Parts of Florida (1-904), North Carolina (1-910, 1-919), New York (1-917), etc would be premium rate calls.
