Areacode 805 is NOT toll free, neither is area code 915. I could spend several hours listing all the instances of the pattern _18XX matching non-toll free area codes. Same with _19XX matching non-premium numbers.
Yep. 805 is Santa Barbara, CA and other surrounding areas.
I'd suggest http://www.lincmad.com for a list of telephone splits.
