A bit of more info might give us a clue for suggestions. When you load it? When you unload it? When you start using it? Is it zaptel? or the Hardware?

I'd add that it might be a re-install/compile is needed.
I'm playing with [EMAIL PROTECTED] and after the install I did a yum -y update which installed a new kernel that broke all ( or most ) of the asterisk modules.
But more information is always good!
