Won't help as the software he is using specifically checks the from:
header. Just another example of broken methods to fix this problem. Also
it is unlikely he can fix the software as it is a commercial solution.
It's pretty lame that some ASPs are selling subscriptions to "helper" services that can't handle listservs and/or a reasonable amount of user-configurable filters.
Grrr.
