If you run * without gatekeeper (e.g. gnugk), disable it in h323.conf and configure gnomemeeting to use * as a proxy (Gateway/Proxy Settings). Then, for calling out, specify an appropriate (default) context in h323.conf. To receive calls with GM, you have to add a line like exten => yourexten,1,Dial(OH323/yourip:1720) to the context which handles your incoming calls. 'yourexten' here is the extension under which your client should be reachable (which can be a number or the 's' default), and 'yourip' the IP address or domain name of the machine on which the GM client is running.
