Correct me if I did not understand it right, that would allow restriction of who could monitor zap channels, but not which ones they could monitor?
I need to be able to monitor only zap channels that are being used by agents that belong to a specific group or queue, are you thinking this can be done? Please let me know if I missed something. The agents are on sip phones, so to monitor the calls it would have to be done by scanning the outbound PRI trunks for the correct call.
