The Sipura documentation suggests that while the SPA-2000 & 3000 can generate all sorts of types of Caller ID, they can only decode US-style caller id.
Sipura User Guide 2.0.9, page 41
"Caller-ID detection and decoding: SPA can detect and decode Bellcore Type I Caller-ID (FSK)
signal on the PSTN line after the first ring"
