Good day all I have a snom 220 with the extra keypad When more than one call comes in none of the extra lines on the phone lights up or anything.You hear the beep in you ear but no way of picking it up.I tied 4 different firmware versions.On was a very old one,with actually worked but is gave echo and got slow and hanged up. So the button are ok I just think that maybe there are some type of setting on newer version that needs to be disabled or something Please Let me know
