I am looking for something where a regular user comes on my website, if he has any further questions he click's on a button and a call is initiated. Neel, I managed to do this with a simple CGI script. All it does is take the phone number from a form, and create a call file on the asterisk machine. Then when my side answers, the call completes to the other side. Look into call files and you can see what I mean...
