You might try sixtel.net / iax.cc. We've had relatively good luck with them. The good thing is they support both IAX and SIP. In addition they support G729a unlike Broadvoice which only support ulaw from what I understand.
Bottom line...I still have not completely eliminated dropped calls and choppy sound. Since adding QoS and changing to the G729a codec 5 days ago we haven't had an incident of either yet.
