There's already been a suggestion to drop your area code. That may or may not work in Germany as I don't know how MSNs are presented. In Holland I had to have


msn=201234567

Where the number would normally be quoted as 0201234567, ie dropping the 0.

This gets corrected on called id from /etc/asterisk/capi.conf's [general] section which reads as follows:

[general]
nationalprefix=0
internationalprefix=00
...

Dunno if this will work for you but it all works fine for me.
