I'm running CVS-v1-0-03/08/05-09:27:38. How can I fix this?

Ignore it or upgrade your system to something faster. It's a HARMLESS message.

Well, I had the same error message and this was on a 2.8Ghz Intel with a GB of Ram running SourceMage. The only difference in my case was I had ztdummy loaded. I did not know at the time whether that caused the error since I used the server for something else.
