VoIP is a great solution if you can meet the minumum requirements.... Data line - Can you get a line that offers synchronous 1.5 Meg Bandwidth? If not, the lower number on your up/down BW will be the limiting factor for your calls. Figure 80K uncompressed and as low as 20K (maybe lower?) compressed with packet overhead.
Provider - lots of these offer multiple lines. 4 is very common, some offer unlimited. Not a surprise when we consider that bandwidth requirement on the user side. Just query the provider and ask for their limitations. I run an office with 10 users and my VoIP line is great for LD savings.
