If I call my 800 number, I do correctly go to the queue, the agents are dialed and the call can be picked up but I don't hear any ring tone while I'm waiting. If I pick up one of my sip phones and dial extension 500, the same exact setup works flawlessly. I hear a ring tone until someone picks up. My incoming calls come in through IAX2 from LiveVoip. Any idea what I've done wrong to make incoming calls not have a ring tone?
