Do you want to make GSM calls? Or just use PCMCA card for the data connection?
Inb case you want to make GSM calls with SIM cards, you need to get GSM Gateways or called sometimes fixed-cellular terminals and plug them to a FXO card. Or you can get a voip->GSM box.
