Essentially, the bug is that if a callback agent puts a caller on hold, that caller does not hear MOH. This bug has been around for a while, but nobody has been able to follow through on testing to the point where we could nail it down. If somebody with HEAD could verify that the problem does/doesn't exist in head, that would be much appreciated.
