Really? I am about to commission someone to write a call accounting package
for us because there is nothing out there. Exactly what else is available?

I use ASTCC and there I have already a call record for each phone Also
ASTERISK : CDR ANALYSER
gives me a lot of info I need.
At the moment I do not need to "bill", since I use prepaid.
However, I will soon make a program that send the info by email to the customer (pdf) for their reference and move the records into an archive.
