Can you get russian DID's routed to you via VoIP?? Then your russian users call a local number to get your system, and then can use disa or astcc or something to make the destination call to USA?? PS, unless of course you can't get DID locally in russia, then maybe you can setup small PC with one/two analog lines and decent internet in someone's home you know (mother/brother/something) ??
