I have a question about dial tone as well, when calling a company typically they have an answering system, i.e. press 4 for Bill etc. I am using a diax soft-phone and have been unable to get the receiving system to forward me on. Is there a feature change in Asterisk that needs to be enabled or is it a problem with diax?
