I emailed them also and got a quick reply. Evidently they were aware of the bridging issue, but were not aware that bridging does work on their toll free DID's while it doesn't on the local number DID's. Hope they get it sorted, as I do like their service and overall quality compared to most other low cost pay as you go providers.
