I had to upgrade to image P0S3-06-3-00 first. Once I was at this level, I could then upgrade to image P0S3-07-4-00. I WAS aware of the differences in spelling in the OS79XX.TXT file and SIPDefault.cnf and KEPT the file names DIFFERENT according to a document on voip.info.org.
