So that's 29ms for each conversation going from ulaw to ilbc and back... How did you come to the 10 concurrent session max for my cpu?

So transcoding 1 second worth of audio from ilbc to ulaw would take 5 ms; transcoding from ulaw to ilbc takes 24 ms. So essentially about 30 concurrent calls would max out your CPU, assuming concurrent transcoding of ulaw->ilbc and ilbc->ulaw. Correct me if I'm wrong... --Luki _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
