So that's 29ms for each conversation going from ulaw to ilbc and back... How
did you come to the 10 concurrent session max for my cpu?

I believe these are times in milliseconds required to transcode 1 second of
data. So transcoding 1 second worth of audio from ilbc to ulaw would take 5
ms; transcoding from ulaw to ilbc takes 24 ms. So essentially about 30
concurrent calls would max out your CPU, assuming concurrent transcoding of
ulaw->ilbc and ilbc->ulaw.

Correct me if I'm wrong...
