After applying the change to the init script, it seems to restart the asterisk processes which get killed, but do you have a functional system with this? Our Testsystem spits out some '100% CPU-Loaded mpg123 processes' and asterisk was somehow dead. Did I miss something?
Yes I found the same thing. Looks like either safe_asterisk needs to kill any mpg123 processes before restarting asterisk or the patch to only run an mp3 player when necessary that exists IIRC becomes the standard.
Can someone point me in the right direction so I can find that patch?
