Depends on the state you are in. In Nebraska there is no law saying you have to tell someone they are being recorded if you are recording them on a business line. In Iowa you don't have to tell them , but you have to play a tone in the background every so many seconds.

The only legal issue is, I believe, you have too announce to the caller
"This call may be recorded" etc...

You are entitled to use call recording, if in doubt put a big sign up in the
room "Calls are recorded"


I think it's not an issue we have to worry about here.
