You need a V92 capable modem for your client and a V92 capable access server for you. The feature is called "modem on hold", it lets you pick up a call without loosing your internet connection, and resume the dialup session after hangup. The only feature you need for your telco is call waiting. It does not need forward on busy. Regards,
