This may sound really stupid, but I'm using an email viewer written in 1996 that doesn't understand html, doesn't open attachments, etc. Never have a virus issue, buffer overflow attempts, etc. :) But, there seems to be a fair number of newbies that wonder why their questions aren't answered, and html posting is at least partially to blame.
