Spencer, We have a web interface NV*GUI that does just this. We are building it for another company and they are allowing us to release it GPL. Out very soon...maybe this weekend.

In my spare time, I am developing a php webfrontend to realtime asterisk database which modifies dialplan, users etc. Should not be too difficult to add a login facility which means the user can see their own context only.
