My understanding is that Teliax may offer some unlimited dialing. So far, my experience has been best dialing with VoipJet.

Check out: connect.voicepulse.com. I don't know what the proper etiquette is regarding their iax2 server addresses, so if you want them to ping them, I'd ask them. I'm sure they'd give them to you.
