I have the same dtmf problem tried both inband and info but could not get voicemail to work.

I have also been using voiptalk for the last year. The only isssue I have with them is that during the day the service is fine but in the evening you can get jitter problems and dropped calls.

Both are often reported problems with Sipgate. I have the DTMF problem with
them. They took a couple of weeks to reply to an email about something else.

Now I use voiptalk.org

Hi, are you saying that the DTMF tones are ignored (or not passed) when you dial in from a sipgate number? So interactive menus would not work?

Surely I've got that wrong. I'm just considering ordering a sipgate number too.

thanks
