Well for inexpensive you could look at D-Link They have 2 switches that provide POE. DES-1316 Web-Smart 16-port Switch Web-Smart Switch with (8) Ports 10/100Mbps and (8) PoE 802.3af 10/100 ports List price is $499.99 USD. I can get them for $420 USD.
