No, it's not. Looking at your dialplan extract, you need to set TRUNK to the name of the trunk to place the outgoing call on. eg TRUNK=IAX/voiptalk You might need to mess around to get the dialstring to end up in the right format for the provider you're using, also. Or imbed it directly in the dialplan.
