Thanks, that works great.
It transfers directly to ext 100.
Now how do I tell asterisk to give ext 100 a dialtone?
I can do Dial(Zap/1), but that only gives an external
dialtone, is there a way to get asterisk to give an
internal dialtone?

p.s. I also tried this, but it didn't work right either:
exten => 100,1,Playtones(dial)
exten => 100,2,Read(JGTRANS,silence/9)
exten => 100,3,goto(${JGTRANS})
