other tip..... you can use a text to speech software like naturalvoices from AT&T to develop your own sounds. Asterisk will try to look for them in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/ if the default language is set to english, for spanish you can use the folder /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/es/
