Hi,
 
If you make an outgoing call, doe sthat call "work" properly? eg: Audio in both directions works?
 
I encoundered this once, and the problem was that I needed to add a port forwarding to the firewall/router for the ports that the ATA was using for SIP.

OK an update. I've got it so the ATA can call out, but it can't receive calls.

I've updated my firmware to 3.1. I've configured the ATA on the web config, but I still can't call the ATA or Call out.
