Ooooooo.  Well, I can wait if that's what I have to do.  But if anybody else
has a good Idea, feel free to still post it.

I have access to a BCM, but unfortunately, my customer didn't buy ip phones
nor did they buy a licence to have them.  As a result, I don't believe that
I could use it to upgrade my phone.
