Hi, The problem is that the Sipura boxes don't do call progress monitoring. I saw this on a thread about a week ago.
If the call is dropped at the * side, then the sip channel is droppeds and the sipura will drop the PSTN connection. However if the Sipura has trouble with the PSTN's start/stop process (Signalling) then the sipura may think that the call is still connected if the remote (PSTN) side terminates the call.
