I came very close to dropping them a couple of weeks ago when the services was all but unusable for the better part of a week, but they were very honest and up-front about their issues, so I cut them a little slack. They're still on thin ice with me, as the voice quality is now noticably worse, but I'm waiting it out to see if they can get that fixed as well. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
